Having a close relationship with our clients and knowing about future needs allows us to ensure that we can achieve our target in terms of being able to supply on time, every time. Normal delivery lead times associated with tools when not available is between 1 and 2 weeks depending on customs interventions.

Servo Motors & Drivers:
The Fast Cut Tooling product range consists of a complete servo motor series ranging from 50W to 7.5kW motors with associated servo drivers. This includes the low inertia, middle inertia and high inertia motors with high precision and stability.

In 2014 Fast Cut decided to make the world of automation a reality to the small and medium sized enterprises. We found that productivity was lacking due to clients feeling intimidated by automation of their existing lathes or milling machines. Our vision is to simplify automation for our clients and provide them with a cost effective solution for their specific needs.

BALL SCREWS :

To complement our automation section, we stock various sizes of ball screws and ball nuts at very competitive prices. These products are widely applied in the use of CNC machines, automation, packing lines, sports equipment etc. The quality of our ball screws and ball nuts is flawless. We have been in partnership with our supplier for the past five years. We offer a complete selection of ball screws for machine tools and general machinery.

Ball Nuts:
Product range consists of single or double ball nuts with round flange type, square flange type or H flange type. Various dimensions are available to suite ball screws.

Availability:
We endeavor to have stock readily available of most common sizes. It is however not always possible as needs are different for every client. If not in stock a two week lead time would be required for sizes up to 3.5 m.
